You are eligible if you purchase a home using a licensed Homewise Real Estate Salesperson and secure your mortgage through the Homewise mortgage team. The property must be located in the GTA or surrounding areas and the purchase must close before December 31, 2026.
How do I receive my cashback?
Your cashback will be sent to your real estate lawyer in trust two weeks before you close on your home. We highly recommend working with our partner real estate lawyer Loopstra Nixon, as we directly connect into their team.
Can I get more than 1% cashback?
Yes! If you both sell and buy with Homewise — using our team for both transactions — you’ll receive 1.2% cashback on your home purchase.
What areas are included in the offer?
