Homewise is on a mission to help Canadians fulfill their homeownership dreams, by providing an experience that is simple, tailored, transparent and affordable. We take mortgages and real estate, which is an industry that is often complex and confusing, and work to make it easy and low cost.
We are focused on providing people with a barrier-free digital and offline experience that people have equal access to Homewise’s services and products. This is why we are focused on providing an experience that treats everyone the same way and ensure that they can maintain their independence and dignity.
We are fully committed to being up to meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities, and are focused on complying with the standards that lie within the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) in as timely a manner as possible.
Our commitment to this falls into:
- How we design our website to ensure we meet the needs with those with disabilities.
- Internal training to meet the standards required to properly provide service and a strong experience.
- Telephone service availability for those unable to utilize our online experience
